We had a lovely time here! The pool was clean and refreshing, and the garden view was stunning. Breakfast was a hit with the kids, and the service from Mr Shine was top-notch, making sure we were comfortable. Definitely looking to return! 🌺

The reasons I’m conflicted

A beautiful garden setting and a tranquil swimming pool provided an idyllic environment for relaxation. The friendly staff went above and beyond, ensuring our late arrival was met with warmth and assistance.

On the downside , some amenities felt slightly outdated, which took away from an otherwise delightful experience. The wi-fi was slow and frustrating, hindering our ability to stay connected.

The setting alongside the river is truly picturesque, complemented by clean grounds and a tranquil atmosphere. The staff went out of their way to ensure we felt welcomed, though it could benefit from a clothes dryer for added convenience.

The King Room with Garden View was super comfy! It had a great setup and nice touches like tea and coffee facilities. Waking up to the sound of nature was refreshing. The wide view of the river added to the charm. Just a tad dated in some areas, but nothing major. Felt spacious enough for my short stay.

once upon the river, aluva, near cochin international airport is a fantastic spot! the hotel is right on the river with beautifully kept gardens. our king room was spacious and comfy, with excellent wifi and tea and coffee facilities. the standout was definitely the friendly staff. we also loved the refreshing swim in the pool surrounded by nature, perfect for unwinding before our early flight.
